How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, we will send a tracking number to the email address you provided. If you have placed an order for in-store pickup, you will receive a final email that will state: READY FOR PICKUP. At that point your order is ready for pickup at the shop!
Lavender offers flat rate shipping at $5 per order.
Orders are shipped within 1 to 4 business days.
Once we deliver your package to USPS, we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. All orders will receive an email with the tracking number once the order has been shipped. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise if it is lost or stolen.
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, & unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We offer store credit + exchanges only, refunds will not be issued.
Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend for you to obtain a tracking number on your package. Please include your invoice with the items being returned. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us.
