How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, we will send a tracking number to the email address you provided. If you have placed an order for local pickup, you will receive a final email that will state: READY FOR PICKUP; at that time your order will be ready at the location you had chose. 

Shipping Policy:
Lavender offers flat rate shipping at $6.00 per order.

Orders are shipped within 1 to 4 business days.

Once we deliver your package to USPS, we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. All orders will receive an email with the tracking number once the order has been shipped. If tracking states that your order has been delivered,  we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise if it is lost or stolen. 

 

Return + Exchange Policy:
Returns: We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, & unused merchandise within 30 days of confirmed picked up or the day of delivery. We offer shop credit only, refunds will not be issued.

All bath + body products, gift cards + sale items are non-refundable.

We sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part!
Please email us within 7 days, contact@lavenderpa.com and we will take care of your return/exchange! 

Exchanges: please note we can not measure how fast items move, so if you are in need of a specific size, we recommend order + returning your item at a different time. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items.

Shipping + handling is the customer’s responsibility, and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to your order to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. (If a package is lost in transit, we cannot help without this information!) We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Items must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, tags intact, free of stains, fragrances + smells (including makeup + deodorant)
If you are local, please schedule a time for an in-person return/exchange!

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for shop credit to process. You will be notify by email!
