Local Pick Up Information

Local Pick Up Details:

    HARLEYSVILLE PICK UP: Pick up is located at 1012 Kingscote. Your bag will have your name on it + will be located in the weatherproof bin, by the front door. Pick ups will be ready when you receive your "Your order is ready to go" email!

    • Once you receive your "read to go" email, your order is now ready for you, at your convenience, for porch pick up. 
    • Your order will be in a bag w/ your name. Porch pickups are monitored by video surveillance. No need to contact regarding picking up or not! You can come at your convenience!
    • Once an item is placed out for porch pick-up, Lavender Boutique releases any responsibility for the items. It is up to the customer to pick up in a timely fashion. If an item has NOT been picked up after 2 weeks of fulfillment, the item will be placed inside and the customer may arrange a specific date for pick up or item risks being placed back on the rack.

    BE STILL NUTRITION + TERRA COVE PICK UP: We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup! Typically, when you receive your "Your order is ready to go" email, your order will be ready for pick up the following morning (during normal business hours).

    • Once an item is brought to Be Still Nutrition or Terra Cove for pick up, Lavender Boutique releases any responsibility for the items. It is up to the customer to pick up in a timely fashion. If an item has NOT been picked up after 2 weeks of fulfillment, the item will be brought back to our Harleysville hub and then the customer may arrange a specific date for pick up; or item risks being placed back on the rack.
    • For hours of operation, please contact the individual pickup location.

    Details for all pick ups:

    • When your order is ready to be picked up you will get an "order fulfilled" email or ready for pick-up email. Please allow the standard processing time for this (up to 7 business days - depending on shipping time from our warehouse). 
    • The standard return period on an item starts the day it is set out or dropped off, for pickup (30 Days). No returns/exchanges on items if it has been picked up outside of standard return window. 
    • If you would like to pick up your order please select which location you would like to pick up at, at checkout. 
    • If you selected "free shipping" at checkout and would rather have your order picked up, you must contact contact@lavenderpa.com or DM us on Instagram @shoplavenderpa, within (2) hours of placing your order. Changes are not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate. 
    • If you selected local pickup and decide you want the item shipped, an invoice will be sent to you for $5 to cover the shipping.
