Refund policy

Returns: We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, & unused merchandise within 30 days of confirmed picked up or the day of delivery. We offer shop credit only, refunds will not be issued.
All gift cards + sale items are non-refundable.

We sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part!
Please email us within 7 days, contact@lavenderpa.com and we will take care of your return/exchange! 

Exchanges: please note we can not measure how fast items move, so if you are in need of a specific size, we recommend ordering the item in the correct size + returning your item at a different time. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items.

Shipping + handling is the customer’s responsibility, and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to your order to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. (If a package is lost in transit, we cannot help without this information!) We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Items must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, tags intact, free of stains, fragrances + smells (including makeup + deodorant)
